Many years ago I left the Baptist ministry. When my wife moved to Sydney I would attend the local Baptist church in the morning and began attending an evensong service at a nearby Anglican Church. My heart and soul were touched by that service and after a couple of months I told her what I was doing. We stopped going to the Baptist church and became involved in the Anglican Church. She was a nurse and worked shift work usually an afternoon shift on Sundays so I could do it secretly. Having been raised in the Anglican Church it was like coming home- I discovered later I had been adopted out by the Church of England Adoption Agency. This year I celebrate 48 years of ordination as an Anglican priest
